Heritage Stewardship Ministries provides biblical teaching, educational resources, stewardship experiences, health and wellness information, movement resources, digital tools, and other ministry content designed to encourage thoughtful and responsible whole-person stewardship.

This page explains important distinctions and boundaries concerning the information and resources we provide. Our purpose is not merely to provide information, but to help people engage that information with wisdom, personal responsibility, appropriate human counsel, and Scripture understood within its proper context.

General Educational and Ministry Purpose

Unless specifically stated otherwise, content provided by Heritage Stewardship Ministries (“HSM”) is offered for Christian ministry, educational, informational, and general wellness purposes.

HSM resources are intended to encourage learning, reflection, responsible stewardship, and meaningful personal participation. They should not be understood as individualized professional advice merely because information is presented in a detailed, personalized, conversational, or interactive manner.

Participation in HSM resources does not create a physician-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, financial adviser-client, pastoral counseling, or other licensed professional relationship.

Where a matter requires individualized professional judgment, participants should seek an appropriately qualified human professional.

Health and Wellness Information

HSM approaches health and wellness through the broader Christian principle of stewardship. Our resources may discuss subjects including nutrition, movement, physical activity, sleep, stress, habits, lifestyle, whole-person wellness, and other health-related subjects.

This information is educational and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or prescribe treatment for any disease, injury, medical condition, or mental health condition.

HSM content is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or individualized advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Health circumstances differ from person to person. Information that may be generally useful or educational may not be appropriate for a particular individual.

Participants remain responsible for deciding when professional healthcare evaluation or treatment is appropriate.

If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, seek appropriate emergency assistance rather than relying upon an HSM website, resource, course, community, or digital experience.

Fitness, Exercise, and Movement

HSM may provide educational movement, fitness, exercise, mobility, or physical-activity resources.

Physical activity involves inherent risks, and individual ability, medical history, physical condition, environment, equipment, and other circumstances can affect whether a particular activity is appropriate.

Participants should exercise appropriate judgment, respect their individual limitations, and obtain professional guidance when their circumstances warrant it.

HSM may maintain a separate Fitness & Exercise Disclaimer containing additional terms and disclosures applicable specifically to movement and exercise resources. Where a specialized disclosure applies, it should be read together with this general Disclosure.

Scripture and Biblical Content

Christian Scripture is foundational to the mission and teaching of Heritage Stewardship Ministries.

Biblical passages, theological observations, devotional reflections, stewardship principles, prayers, and other faith-based materials are provided to encourage engagement with Scripture and Christian discipleship.

Unless otherwise identified, Scripture quotations presented by HSM generally use the English Standard Version (ESV).

Explanations or applications of Scripture represent ministry teaching and interpretation. They should not be confused with the biblical text itself.

We encourage participants to read Scripture in context, study it personally, pray for wisdom, and remain meaningfully connected with the life and leadership of the local church and other appropriate Christian relationships.

No HSM resource, digital tool, course, or artificial intelligence system should be treated as possessing divine authority, receiving revelation on a participant’s behalf, speaking for God, or replacing Scripture, prayer, the Holy Spirit, the local church, or appropriate human spiritual counsel.

Prayer and Spiritual Practices

HSM resources may include prayer, biblical reflection, spiritual exercises, or other Christian practices intended to support personal engagement with God and Scripture.

These materials are offered as ministry resources rather than guarantees of particular spiritual, physical, emotional, relational, or material outcomes.

Prayer language or spiritual teaching should not be interpreted as a promise that a particular result will occur.

Participants are encouraged to approach spiritual practices with biblical discernment, humility, personal responsibility, and appropriate pastoral or Christian counsel when needed.

Artificial Intelligence and Digital Guidance

Certain HSM experiences may use artificial intelligence or other automated technologies to help participants navigate educational resources, explore stewardship concepts, reflect upon questions, or engage ministry content.

These systems are tools. They are not persons, pastors, physicians, counselors, spiritual authorities, or independent decision-makers.

AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, misunderstood, or otherwise unsuitable for a participant’s circumstances. The apparent confidence, fluency, personalization, or conversational quality of a response should not be interpreted as proof that the response is correct.

HSM therefore encourages responsible reliance rather than authority displacement.

Digital guidance should support human understanding, reflection, agency, and responsible action—not progressively replace capacities, relationships, responsibilities, judgment, or legitimate authorities that people should retain.

Participants should apply greater verification and human involvement as the importance or potential consequences of a decision increase.

No HSM AI experience should replace Scripture, prayer, God-given personal responsibility, appropriate family relationships, pastoral leadership, qualified professional care, or other legitimate human authority.

Personal Responsibility and Discernment

HSM seeks to equip rather than control.

Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, interpretations, and use of ministry resources.

Educational information can inform judgment, but information does not eliminate the need for judgment.

We encourage participants to consider relevant circumstances, examine appropriate sources, seek qualified counsel when needed, and make decisions consistent with their responsibilities, convictions, and circumstances.

Testimonials, Stories, and Examples

HSM may occasionally present testimonials, participant experiences, illustrations, case examples, or stories.

Individual experiences are individual experiences. They should not be interpreted as promises, guarantees, or representations that another person will experience the same outcome.

Examples may also be simplified, anonymized, combined, or presented illustratively when appropriate to protect privacy or communicate an educational principle. When a scenario is fictional or illustrative and that distinction is material to understanding it, HSM seeks to make that context clear.

External Resources and Third-Party Content

HSM may reference or link to books, websites, organizations, products, services, research, ministries, practitioners, or other third-party resources for educational or informational purposes.

A reference or link does not necessarily constitute endorsement of every statement, practice, product, belief, policy, or service offered by that third party.

Third-party resources operate independently from HSM and may change without our knowledge. Participants should evaluate external information and services according to their own circumstances and appropriate standards of discernment.

Products, Services, and Financial Relationships

From time to time, HSM may mention products, services, books, programs, organizations, or other resources that we believe may be useful to participants.

Where HSM has a material financial relationship connected with a recommendation—including an affiliate relationship, sponsorship, or other compensation arrangement—we seek to disclose that relationship as appropriate.

Participants should evaluate recommendations on their merits and according to their individual circumstances rather than assuming that inclusion within an HSM resource guarantees suitability.

No Guarantee of Results

HSM cannot guarantee particular health, spiritual, educational, behavioral, relational, financial, or other outcomes from the use of its resources.

Meaningful change is affected by many factors, including individual circumstances, decisions, consistency, environment, relationships, health status, and factors beyond HSM‘s knowledge or control.

Our commitment is to responsible ministry, sound educational boundaries, and faithful stewardship—not guaranteed outcomes.

Specialized Disclosures and Governing Policies

Some HSM programs, resources, courses, communities, movement experiences, forms, or digital services may contain additional disclosures, informed-participation information, eligibility requirements, or terms specific to that activity.

Those specialized provisions should be read together with this Disclosure and other applicable HSM policies.

Where a specialized disclosure addresses a subject more specifically than this general Disclosure, the specialized disclosure governs that particular activity to the extent of that specificity.

This Disclosure should also be read together with HSM‘s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Our Stewardship Commitment

Heritage Stewardship Ministries believes responsible ministry requires both encouragement and boundaries.

Technology should remain a servant rather than an authority. Health education should inform rather than impersonate medical care. Ministry teaching should point people toward Scripture rather than replace it. Resources should strengthen responsible participation rather than create unnecessary dependence.

Our goal is to help people grow in wisdom, stewardship, agency, and faithful participation while preserving the proper place of God, Scripture, human relationships, qualified professionals, and personal responsibility.

That commitment shapes not only what HSM provides, but also what we deliberately choose not to replace.
